Morrisville, NC -- April 12, 2010--SunTech Medical, a medical device manufacturer headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, has partnered with MedShare to support the “Help for Haiti” campaign with a donation of medical products and supplies.
SunTech Medical manufactures non-invasive blood pressure measurement devices and technology as well as a full line of blood pressure cuffs. With their donation, approximately $25,000 in medical supplies will go to support the Haiti relief effort.
“Our compassion goes out to the people of Haiti and to the healthcare providers who are volunteering their time to provide medical attention to those who remain in need,” states Dayn McBee, CEO of SunTech Medical. “We hope that our contribution can help in this continuing effort.”
Since the Jan 12th earthquake in Haiti, MedShare has sent 17 shipments, totaling more than 67 tons of requested medical supplies to partnering organizations performing medical relief work in Haiti. They have also outfitted 55 medical teams going to Haiti with medical supplies and are still offering free medical supplies to medical teams serving in Haiti to meet this continuing demand.
